Nicole’s work in hospitality has always centered on people, how they feel, what they need, and how meaningful moments unfold when they are truly cared for. With over twenty years in people-facing, service-driven roles, Nicole built a career rooted in connection, intuition, and calm leadership. Long before Always & Forever Weddings and Events was officially founded, Chevis, her husband and co-founder, recognized Nicole’s natural ability to guide, organize, and hold space for others, encouraging her toward a role he believed she was uniquely suited for. When Always & Forever was established in 2019, Nicole formally stepped into wedding planning and quickly became the steady presence couples rely on throughout the process. Today, she leads planning and guest experience with clarity and intention, guiding timelines, shaping design direction, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail supports the flow of the day. On wedding days, Nicole serves as the anchor, overseeing transitions, managing logistics, and quietly protecting the experience so couples and their families can remain present. She believes exceptional planning is not about control, but care: slowing things down when needed, anticipating what matters most, and creating space for moments to be felt rather than rushed. Nicole’s approach is thoughtful, personal, and deeply rooted in trust. Her goal is to create celebrations that feel beautifully planned, warmly hosted, and genuinely reflective of the people they honor.
Chevis brings heart, creativity, and a steady hand to every celebration at Always & Forever Weddings and Events. A native of Jamaica with over a decade of experience in the events industry, Chevis has always been drawn to the beauty found in thoughtful design and intentional preparation. His appreciation for hospitality, rooted in both culture and experience, shapes the way he approaches each event, with care for how spaces feel as much as how they look. As a father of four daughters, Chevis carries a deeply personal understanding of the meaning behind wedding days. He often imagines what it will feel like to one day watch his own girls walk down the aisle, and that perspective informs the respect, pride, and responsibility he brings to every celebration entrusted to him. On event days, Chevis oversees installations, builds, and lighting with a calm, hands-on presence, handling last-minute adjustments, refinements, and repairs quietly and efficiently. Known for his meticulous nature and keen eye for detail, he believes excellence lives in the things guests never notice because everything simply feels right. Whether working with fabric, refining a space, or ensuring every element is functioning as intended, Chevis approaches his role with intention and care. His goais simple: to create an environment where couples feel supported, guests feel welcomed, and each celebration unfolds beautifully, without stress, distraction, or compromise.
